As a customer, you should contact your ticket seller ASAP if there is any problem using your tickets at the venue. You will need to obtain evidence of invalidity from the venue in those cases when the ticketing issue is not resolved. At BuyAnySeat.com, we need this evidence in order to obtain a refund from the ticket seller who supplied your order. This evidence can range from a letter from the venue or even a simple email from the venue personnel verifying that there was a problem scanning and/or honoring the tickets you received.
All tickets will be delivered to you before the event itself.
All deliveries are made to the address listed by you, the purchaser, in the appropriate textboxes during checkout. We guarantee that the tickets will be shipped to you in sufficient time, so that at least one delivery attempt can be made before the event occurs. Please note that you as the purchaser are responsible for making yourself available to receive delivery of your tickets when a delivery attempt is made. If an event is permanently cancelled, a refund will be issued.
We will arrange with the selling broker to provide you the purchaser with a full refund of your ticket order, excluding delivery fees, if an event you bought tickets for is permanently cancelled. Please note that the ticket seller may require you to return the tickets prior to issuing a refund. If an event you bought tickets for is cancelled but rescheduled, we guarantee that you will receive new tickets for the rescheduled event.
