Start me up! The Rolling Stones just announced they will return to North America this summer on their 44th tour, the 15-city Zip Code stadium trek. The road trip opens May 24th at San Diego's Petco Park, then zips across the country with a July 15th wrap at Quebec's Le Festival D’Été de Québec.
The tour name plays off the Andy Warhol-designed jeans-focused cover of the group's classic 1971 album, Sticky Fingers
, which the band will be reissuing in a deluxe format on May 26th.
According to press notes, the rockers will play hits-filled sets, as well as selections of "special gems" from their extensive catalog.
