Well gee. It’s been such a mild winter in most of the country... not. So is it any wonder that MLB Baseball tickets are on fire right now? In fact, now that Spring is here, the popularity of America’s favorite pastime appears to be back in full swing.
The regular season officially took the plate last Sunday April 5 with a night game between the St. Louis Cardinals and the Chicago Cubs at a sold-out Wrigley Field. The Cards won 3-0. And with opening games all this week, ticket sales are going through the roof, according to Marta Ault at BuyAnySeat.com.
According to Ault, today’s top-ticket sellers include (in order) the New York Yankees, Cincinnati Reds, Los Angeles Dodgers, Kansas City Royals, Washington Nationals, Chicago Cubs, Boston Red Sox, St. Louis Cardinals and Detroit Tigers.
